I worked with Lesley for over two years on an estate issue regarding a deceased family member. She was professional, timely, and always knew her stuff. If I could give her more stars, I would. 10/5 stars.

Would not recommend Lesley Assistant Attorney. She does not communicate, to let you know what is going on. You have to call her. Dropped the ball, made mistakes on our documents we brought up to be corrected. Very disappointing.

During our recent home purchase, Attorney Richard Harlem went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate attorney - including, personally, addressing things that our real estate agent should have taken care of, but neglected. My fiance and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone going through a real estate deal. Once we wound up in his hands, we felt everything was going to be okay. And everything did turn out better than okay. He guided us, patiently, through the closing process and he was extremely informative. Do not work with Lesley she is incompetent and rude. She started to yell at me and became accusatory when I didn’t understand why she didn’t know anything we spoke about previously. She didn’t know the lawyer that recommended me to her after I had told her several times in previous conversations. Blamed me for not having the abstract even though an update one needed to be ordered and she wrote an awful email to the real estate agents I am working with. If you can find an independent attorney in Oneonta I would recommend it.

Great service from Eric Jervis who handled my contract and closing for my purchase of a property in Oneonta. I would highly recommend him.
