Rude people work here. I was trying to explain to the representative that I was at work and I'd set up payments when I'm out. Don't want to lose my job being on the phone during work. The representative got upset and hung up on me. I wasn't even debating the debt, it's mine I told them that. Still they acted like total jerks. I'll call them back after hopefully I get a person with more values and respect for the people they are trying to collect from.

Report them to the FTC and BBB. The more complaints are filed the better. Do not pay them any money. They are absolutely a scam company. If you have paid them dispute it. They would have to show proof on their end as to why they asked and recieved money from you. Make sure you keep record of all interactions with them and the best way to do that is my email. If they call you tell them to communicate what they want via email. Don't verify anything over the phone.

I have attempted to obtain a receipt 4 different times. I have called, and been assured by the person on the other end of the phone I would receive the receipt via email in a timely manager. After three attempts at this and still no receipt, I escalated my request to a supervisor who again assured me I would have my receipt by the end of the day. Still, I have heard nothing, and I am about to call for the fifth time. It seems like nothing gets done by this company.

Your online bill pay didn't work , then I tried on phone system pay didn't work. I called the main office number got a employee that was rude and really pushy. All I was trying to pay bill these little medical bills. I have paid these online before and I never had any problems.

Unethical billing. They sent me a bill for $970.00 from Promedica. I spoke to Promedica and it is a balance of $90.00, not $970.00 as mailed to me. I do not have a signed contract with Harris & Harris and Harris and Harris has never provided me a service. It is illegal to try to collect a debt from someone who has NEVER provided me a service, nor have my signature as doing business with this firm. They need to be audited! Period! They are sending out amounts that are not owed. This firm is very unethical. Beware! Shame on you Promedica for not updating records.
