I hired a private attorney to settle some past discretion. I had her look and see what what my outcome would be and after several thousand dollars paid my answer for her was the one I didn't want to here. nFast forward a few years and those past discretions came up and I had to deal with them. I was given a public defender.. Her name is Linda Harvey.. She is the most amazing attorney I've ever had.. She is dealing with 2 things for me.. The first was yesterday.. I seen her at court and she said to me don't worry it's all set.. nI say OK.. I wait for my name to be called and when it was I walked to the podium. By the time I got there from the back row. My case was thrown out and I was all set! nExactly what Mrs.Harvey said.. She is an excellent attorney, straight to the point and knows her stuff!!! nThank you !!!!
