I definitely should have read the reviews before I reached out to this firm.. instead I waited until 2 months after little to no communication with them after they took my case to read their reviews. I initially reached out and got a call back from John himself. He was eager to take on my case.. told me step by step what he needed. I provided this within 2 days. I got on his calendar for the next week, arrived to the office to be told I would meet with his colleague as John was busy with his uncle. **FIRST RED FLAG, no notice. I met with Timothy.. who assured me they don’t take on cases like mine unless it was cut and dry, so rest assured knowing I’m in good hands and they would file with EEOC within 2 weeks. That was on 2/1/24. A month and half later, with little communication in between, I asked if they’ve done anything yet since I haven’t heard anything from them. Tim told me he had not yet filed anything but would work on it upon his return, which would be only a few days shy of 2 months since first meeting with Tim. I had asked several times previously if anything had been filed, to either get ignored or my question goes unanswered and Tim would instead ask me questions. Nearly 2 months after our initial meeting, I asked again if anything had been filed or should I look for another firm who could handle my case.. Tim said he would call… wouldn’t you have guessed it.. Tim never called me. I emailed yet again, wanting him to call on Monday. He emails back and said they would be withdrawing from my case instead of giving me a call. Don't waste your time here. Read the reviews.

After contacting a number of attorneys, Mr. Haskin was the only individual to respond. Knowledgeable and was extremely helpful considering I did not pay a penny. This firm is definitely going in my contact list for future reference if needed and I greatly appreciate the time he took to speak with me.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The ‘professionalism’ of this firm is absolutely laughable. My significant other had his consultation and was told that his case was pretty cut and dry. If that were the scenario then it was difficult for us to understand why he was given the run around. Chad never got ahold of him, never made it a point to contact him and let him know how his case was going. My SO was the one who constantly was reaching out to Chad, and very little effort was given. All that we ever got was excuses. He would say he’s ’busy with other cases’ and fully admitted that he did not take the case serious. He provided absolutely zero proof that he accomplished any work for what he was initially paid for, even when said proof was requested. Chad would set his own deadlines, and he was the one who did not meet him. The decision was made to fire Chad and the firm, and the fact that we wasted precious time on someone who served us the upmost confidence in the consultation is infuriating. Do not work with this firm unless you want to be playing phone tag and garner zero results.

This law office goes above and beyond to help you with your needs. I've never had a problem with them staying in contact with me or just sending emails to check and make sure everything is going well. They are so polite and make you feel like a human being and not just a paycheck.

In meeting with John Haskin, he was straight up forward about my case and what they would do for me. Throughout the whole process, his Law Firm stayed in contact with me and kept me well informed. Highly recommend Haskin & Associates.
