From the beginning to end of my law suit, everyone at this firm was professional and provided excellent customer service. The intake process was very easy and the attorneys followed up very quickly. They were very fair in how they charged for their services and I felt like they did a great job representing me. They really focused in on the key issues, listened to me, and did a great job explaining everything I needed to know every step of the way. They were able to get me the settlement that I wanted and I am sure we would have won at trial. I would highly recommend them for any employment related suit.
Attorney Colin Good was unhelpful, and unresponsive. Sought counsel from the H&Q firm for a wrongful termination case on behalf of my wife. Mr. Good was the first available. From first consult to settlement took nearly 6 months. Weeks and weeks went by with no contact, no updates, nothing. Only after these multiple inquiries into the case did he actual begin working on the letter. In the end I can't speak for the firm as a whole, but I certainly can give a sturdy warning against having any case handled by this attorney. Communication, timeliness, and diligence are not known by this office.
