I cannot say anything about the lawyers, but the staff it’s horrible, I was yelled out by the lady in ext 103, later I try to call I dial 0 a lady said may I place you on hold than I got a voicemail, call back and wait for 30 minutes for someone to answer. The lady was straight for it and cold stating that they will continue to garnishing my money even though my identity was stolen that was the judge say so. She pretty much said be ready because there’s other accounts as well. Like having my identification stolen it’s not enough to this company. I’m sure I’m not the only victim in America. Lawyers talk to your staff to be a little more empathetic this calls was answered in the state of Georgia.
It is rare that I expect integrity from such firms or attorneys, however, its the lack of decency and process efficiency that bothered me most. I made several attempts to work with this firm to settle debt with a creditor they represented, to no avail. The reps who manage your account are never available and never return calls which I believe is intentional to delay your debt settlement proceedings in their favor. Its evident the staff is given a script or FAQ response sheet as they are ill equipped to answer any probing questions. They withhold information and send documents after a judgment has been awarded leaving you no time to respond or settle the matter. Its never appropriate to assume why a person is carrying debt of any kind, however, the staff here make snap judgments and assumptions frequently. Their bias is deplorable and highly unprofessional in such circumstances. I couldnt imagine why anyone would voluntarily work with this firm but should you be considering it, DON’T!
They exploit veterans for their own benefit. After agreeing to a settlement, I requested a 15-day extension for the payoff, only to be told I would lose the deal and have to pay an additional $1,500. It’s appalling how this company operates. Unfortunately, I’m not surprised—many of their employees are failed aspiring lawyers who ended up as paralegals for a firm they hadn’t even heard of, let alone understood its predatory practices.
This law firm is a joke. They represent credit acceptance and I'm sure others. The judge ordered them to stop garnishing my paychecks immediately return my money immediately. Needless to say three more paychecks were garnished after it was ordered to be stopped immediately and here I am 4 Weeks later waiting for my money to be returned to me that was ordered to be returned immediately. To any debt collectors out there I would not suggest this law firm.
No one answers the phone been trying since after we settled in court. I never got a response and didn't know who to pay or nothing and now they are garnishing my wages because of non-payment because I didn't know how to pay. Ridiculous
