The team at Head, Moss, Fulton and Griffin has never disappointed. We know when we send a new file to them, everything will be taken care of and we do not need to micromanage anything. No timelines are missed, communication is excellent, and they are always a pleasure. Ali Griffin is a true professional and a wealth of knowledge. It is inevitable that questions will come up in the closing room and she answers them with ease and always takes time to explain the documents along the way. Some customers are more detailed than others, and I feel she does a great job reading the room and adjusting to whatever level of detail/explanation that each individual needs. We also find her expertise to be a great asset to us in our business, whether it is a question we have about a transaction, or a customer that has legal needs pertaining to real estate. This is why they will always be our go to for all of our legal real estate needs!

if you have the audacity to be a woman closing on a house without a man present, prepare to be treated like you have three heads. in an office that is predominantly staffed by women, with no sense of irony. I found it shockingly unprofessional to be asked “where is your husband” upon arrival, despite no name other than mine being on the paperwork at any point in the process. the services were otherwise adequate. edit: this firm already knew my marital status. and in any case, repeatedly asking “where is your husband” is certainly not the same thing as “what is your marital status”. unprofessional.

Very nice comfortable and friendly. They were Fast and courteous and took care of us in a friendly manner!

I had my personal home closing with this company and they did a wonderful job. They also did the closing for my grandson. I am a Realtor and they are now my title company of choice!!
