They are very informative, professional and excellent excellent attorney. They assist you in every aspect if you need help with an legal issues. I’m very grateful to the Health Law Firm. No actions were brought against my license due to their assistance. Mr.Indest is a very good attorney!!! As is his Staff. If you have a legal issue regarding health care license issues I would highly highly recommend you give them a call!! I can’t thank them enough for what they did in my case.
I applied for a Florida Medical License in early January 2023: A process that should have been seamless and a cinch became more and more complicated because of some regulatory problems I had with a State Licensing Board and Medicaid Sanctions dating back to 1989 both of which had long been resolved. In October 2023, the Florida Board of Medicine requested my appearance before the Board and being that my previous Lawyer who filed my application was not licensed in Florida, she couldn’t represent me before the Florida Medical Board when they requested my appearance before the Board on November 30th, 2023. My exceptionally capable NYC and Austin, Texas based Lawyer, after doing her diligent home work and speaking to her counterparts in the Orange County, FL legal Community was recommended three Law Firms from which to choose a potential Firm to represent me before the Florida Board of Medicine: My then Lawyer spoke separately to the Senior Partners of all the three Law Firms and selected the Health Law Firm to represent me. Having been represented by my Lawyer for various legal entanglements for almost ten years and her successfully getting me out of so many predicaments, I have the utmost confidence in her Counsel and therefore when she chose Mr George Indest Jr, the Senior Partner of the Health Law Firm to represent me before the Florida Medical Board, I knew I was in excellent hands. I ran out of superlative adjectives to describe the exquisite legal representation afforded me by Mr George Indest Jr and his staff at the Health Law Firm. Their professionalism in promptly apprising me of where things stood along the process coupled with their constant reassurances significantly assuaged any concerns I had and put me significantly at ease. The Office Staff at the Health Law Firm going up the rung- from the Secretaries, to the Paralegals, and the Legal Associates all the way to Mr George Indest Jr. himself came across as exceptionally courteous and very eager to help clients achieve a satisfactory outcome in matters pending before the Florida Medical Board. My case was very complicated but thanks to the excellent work Mr Indest Jr and his Staff did in summarizing it, all I had to do at the Board Hearing was state my name just before I was sworn in and to “….. promise to tell the whole truth…..so help me God.”. I had been very well prepared by Mr Indest & his Staff as to what sort of things the Board might be interested in having me clarify. Less than three minutes after I was sworn in and without having to answer one question, the Board voted unanimously to grant me a Florida License and not before a Board Member commented that he read Attorney Indest’s summary of my case and in his own words “was excellent” I was very privileged and grateful to have been represented by the Health Law Firm and will unreservedly and enthusiastically recommend them to any healthcare provider needing a superb legal representation before the Florida Medical Board. This law firm is exceptional. When my wife was falsely accused of nursing misconduct Attorney Lance O Leider not only represented her interests until the matter was dropped (without any issuance of discipline to her license I might add), but he was also the first to truly listen to her story and provide advice until a successful outcome was achieved. Without his guidance these events could have been disastrous. If you are in healthcare, you cannot afford to go with a regular defense attorney. The medical world is too complicated and unfortunately there are laws that protect parties even when they behave in bad faith. You need to be represented by a specialist and this firm is the best. Truly grateful for what Attorney Leider did for us. Thank you so much.
I contacted The Health Law Firm after several attempts to contact my previous employer for assistance regarding a notification for Writ of Summons on a patient I had seen more than 2 years ago. I had moved out of the state from which I had previously practiced and had transitioned to being a stay at home mom. After more than two years of being away from the profession, I found myself shocked at the notice sent to my home address and frustrated with the inability to find clarity regarding the reason for the civil action against me. As a practitioner who invests time and care into each patient and has high ethical standards, it was difficult to accept the position I was in. I went as far as to contact the plaintiff’s attorney to express my care for the patient in question. After several dead ends, an internet search led me to contact The Health Law Firm. At that point I had begun to feel hopeless in the matter and thought I had no choice but to surrender to the waiting game and see what would come of this case. I called asking for a reference regarding lawyers in Pennsylvania since I relocated to Texas and could not personally meet with a lawyer. After his legal aid heard more of my story over the phone, Mr. Indest himself called me back and spent time speaking necessary wisdom, compassion and guidance regarding my case. I immediately felt empowered and assured that with his help, this matter would receive the necessary attention it needed. From that point on The Health Law Firm responded to my inquiry with swiftness and persistence. They were communicative, consistent and I never felt like any of my questions were left unanswered. Even when it was evident that he had been successful in obtaining representation for me through my previous employer, Mr. Indest was thorough and checked back multiple times to ensure that I indeed did have support and representation. I would highly recommend The Health Law Firm. Mr. Indest has a passion for the law and serving people that is unequivocal and quite frankly rare in our current age.
