They have not even tried to get back In touch with me and we're rude after they tried to convince me to hurry up and sign as if it were happening super fast . Talked to a different person every time and they made me feel like I was being a bother and stupid for asking for an update . I still have not even heard anything back from them except for this review questionnaire and my email has not changed obviously ! Wish I would have known all that I do now before hand because I would have never agreed to anything and I might have actually been compensated for all I have been through . Just extremely upset and confused over the whole time involved as what to even do at this point !

I only had a consultation phone call with them and they tried to get me to sign a power of attorney and fee agreement on my phone without reading it. It stated I would give them 25% of any money I had already received and 45% of any future money. Absolutely ridiculous. This was for a claim due to the freeze and they’re trying to take advantage of people that need help with their insurance

I'm not a big person in the world and I don't have much money but this law firm has treated me with the most respect. They call me Mr. Ford and all the nice sounding stuff. I have called several times and I have received calls back every time. I worked with this law firm and assisted them in all areas they had questions about for my case. If they said they needed medical records, guess what? I went and got medical records. If they said they needed prescription history, guess what? I when to my pharmacy and got the prescription records etc. This law firm tries to help even though they are working from a blank slate and know nothing about the injuries sustained. You have to help yourself in some matters before anyone else can help. I did what was needed to be done and the benefit is... G;) 777

Valentina Diaz was completely rude when I asked her questions regarding my settlement. This process is completely foreign, so you have to put trust into who your dealing with. She was not only condescending with her responses, but sounded completely inconvienced by me. Customer service was perfect until the settlement amount was determined, now it’s like they don’t care or have the time for the follow up questions.

Very helpful and kept in touch with me regarding my case. Always available to answer my questions and call me back when needed. Very nice staff and pleasant to deal with.
