In my opinion, horrible, double dipping attorney. She represented my mom before she passed away. Represented the estate but didn't show up to the hearing. The executors had to show up on their own, do their own paperwork. She just had a summons served on me. I'm not an executor and have nothing to do with anything. I've had to hire an attorney to help me file an answer. She now represents my brother and wants me to pay his attorney fees. On the advice of attorney, I contacted the Special proceeding clerk of court and she "allegedly" has herself down as attorney for the estate even though she was fired in February. I have filed a complaint with the NC state bar association. I should have never received a summons and been embarrassed before my neighbors. I am also filing a small claims in my county. Let her come down here and explain why I was served and the executors were not. Dirty , Dirty. Perhaps if she had shown up to the special proceeding, this could have been settled?

She didn't have the estate paperwork ready. Claimed that she didn't know the court date, clearly stated in the email.... felt like she was just trying to help the other party from her town... Beware...Well turns out she is now representing the other party…conflict of interest….I’ll see what the bar thinks.

My mother received a letter from this attorney that read as though she was THE attorney, already chosen by my mother to "engage" in a real estate transaction. My mom has never even heard of this attorney, and she was not on the list provided by the financial institution. FRAUD...just sign on the line and return, then I have no doubt it would cost several hundred dollars to "disengage" from this vulture. Don't be an ambulance chaser! It would be different if my mom had received a nice letter of solicitation, not a 5 page letter of "engagement" for a transaction that has nothing to do with this office.

Heather drew up my homebuyers paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. Very nice and I would recommend her. I hear very good things about her in this community. I have much respect for her not being involved with the crooks and their activity in this county courthouse. I don't blame her one bit for not being in kahoots with their dirty work. This town needs more lawyers that are willing to take on CPS and their child knapping ring though... I know she would be effective - if not the best, if she did, from what I hear.

Attorney Dawkins took my case at the last minute without hesitation. Made me feel very comfortable, and gave me an incredible price... Thank you!
