Ms. Heaton and her staff helped me navigate my divorce with the utmost professionalism. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. They also never took advantage of me financially in any way, shape, or form. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Heaton & Venuti reccomend to me by my Workman Comp Attorney. My attorney there is Eliza Heaton. And never have my legal needs been so well met. She obtained a divorce for me from my then current husband. Never have I been kept so informed as to every step she took by either a phone call or letter. I paid a very reasonable retainer and she used only about half of it. Ms. Heaton explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. That made things so much easier. I am so glad to have Eliza Heaton in my corner!!

Extremely biased. Doesn’t care about her clients well being and tends to Side with abusers. Puts children into abusive situations. Shouldn’t be in public service, especially as a law “guardian”. Shameful and disreputable.

Great place to go if you want to ruin a kids life. These people are more shady than the space under an oak tree.
