most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. an hour before i am supposed to close on my house, i get a call saying they didn’t receive a pay off statement. the paperwork should have been requested weeks or even the day before, not an HOUR before closing. so i have to do Christina’s job for her and track down the paperwork she should have already had in possession. closing gets pushed back four hours and they don’t have checks cut at closing. i’m told to come back the next business day to pick up the check. 2:30pm the next day, i don’t hear anything so i call asking where the checks are. christina states she’s in salem and wont drive to new albany to deliver checks. might i also add, christina sent out someone else’s personal info (i.e social security number) to the incorrect recipient. so if you get your identity stolen and you’ve dealt with this company, she may be the reason to blame. i work at a law firm and we deal with hundreds of other law firms. over the years, i have never once experienced such horrible customer service in my career. please stay clear

Mr. Mull accepted my case, assured me that he would get back with me by the end of the week, if not the first of the next. 1 month later, still not even a phone call. I am a patient person, but don't waste my time.

We had a deed made through this office. Christina did a wonderful job, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Do not go anywhere else in Salem for title work.

Very unprofessional and not timely at all, would not do business with them again. If you value your time go elsewhere

He is very kind, caring and thoughtful. You can tell this is what he was born to do.
