I had the great pleasure of being represented by the law firm of Held, Held and Held. I was in a car accident where I was rear-ended on the FDR Drive in Manhattan. From day one, this firm made me feel comfortable, explained the process to me and held my hand the entire way through. Jennifer Held, specifically was the attorney that I worked most closely with. Her honesty, tenacity, professionalism and heart is what I am most thankful for. It does not get much better than her!! If you want to lose or have your case ignored this is the firm for you. They completely forgot about me and my case even though my family has used these ambulance chasers since they opened. My mom was one eddies first clients and she fell got severely injured these injuries eventually led to her death and these people have done nothing with her case. I write this review so others don’t make my mistake of trusting them with my mom’s case. They should be ashamed

I want to thank Eddie and Jennifer Held for all their hard work. My case was pre covid and everything was shut down but they worked really hard to settle my case. It was well worth the wait. They went above and beyond to do everything they could to settle this case in a timely manner. The staff were very courteous and very helpful. They were very patient throughout this case with me. There is no better law firm when you are in need and that you can really trust. Thank you again for all your hard work. They make you feel comfortable and you become like family. Great firm i must say! Sergey Shapkov has been great in helping me go through a bad divorce. He was helping me throughout the whole process. Finally we signed the divorce. On the day of the divorce they were very sympathetic towards me. Sergey Shapkov and the Owner kept coming up to me and talking to me, telling me stories to keep my mind wondering off. They made it a lot less stressful. They knew that this whole process didn’t feel good. And they know how to make you feel better. The lady that does the notarization was also great, made a couple of jokes and was jolly! She also had a great vibe! Great staff overall ! They know how to do it right! I recommend this firm 100%!!!
