My wife sustained an injury in an auto accident with an under insured motorist who was deemed to be at fault. We contacted Michael Richmond due to a referral from a friend. Michael came to our home to discuss the situation and to explain our rights and the process….. he was very professional and thorough. Collection was a lengthy process….not because of Michael, but due to the insurance companies. It took approx 18 months to collect and Michael kept us informed thru the entire process.
