This firn deserved 0 stars. I used an attorney from this firm through a recommendation and they were Absolutely the worst. They didn’t counsel They didn’t represent my interests they did less then the minimum in every way imaginable. I literally wrote my own cross considering he copy and paste 90 percent of what I responded to in an email. They didn’t properly advise me in a timely manner of the legal process. I was forbidden to speak when I was misrepresented during the hearing. I was completely taken advantage of and schemed out of 7000 dollars he added ridiculous fees to the bill after I requested a new attorney. I was scolded for. Not knowing to the system and how court cases worked. there was no strategy or research done out side of what I provided through phone conversations. He sent threatening emails, with claims that our bank accounts would be levied if payment wasn’t received. My entire experience was a nightmare. An experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone! My intention was to represent myself initially. I honestly wish I went with my first mind. Now I had to pay another attorney to fix the mess that was created, that is still being fixed a year later. This debacle and poor excuse for an attorney has caused life long consequences and scars for myself and my children!!

I hired Frank Unger, esq. from this law firm for a Family Court restraining order case in Gloucester County. Mr. Unger was always available via phone, text or email day/night to answer any questions I had. His staff is friendly, professional and thorough. Mr. Unger himself is a very good attorney who showed me the utmost respect and sympathy for the things I had to tell him from the past 15 years of my life for him to properly represent my side of the story. In court, Mr. Unger presented a very well prepared case and allowed me time, if I needed, to collect myself throughout my testimony. I was very comfortable through the entire process from hiring to disposition of my case. Mr. Unger ultimately won my case and the final restraining order was granted. He and his firm helped me put 15 years of domestic violence behind me and start fresh feeling like I finally got justice. I would highly recommend this firm, specifically Mr. Unger, to anyone that asks (I actually already do!). If you're in search of an attorney, please don't hesitate to call Helmer, Conley & Kasselman. You'll be in very professional, very caring, very capable hands and you will not regret it!!

I retained Frank Unger for an FRO trial in Gloucester County Family Court. Frank prepared for my case in a weekend. We talked over the phone and prepped. We met at the courthouse on Monday morning and when it was my turn Mr. Unger let loose and tore my estranged wife apart!! We had emails from her, a call log, she even tried to walk out at one point! Mr. Unger is awesome in the court room and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for an attorney! Thank you, Frank!!!!

Helmer allows you to believe that because if him nothing is to hard for him. I actually wrote a Google review last year because I was so unsatisfied, his office called and said that I would be their number 1 concern. Ask me if that happened. They delivered on nothing that they said. Then after paying them 15,000 they had the nerve to send me a bill today for $7.86 REALLY you Stole enough off me. If I ever need a lawyer I guarantee it will not be WITH HELMER, CONLEY &KASSELMAN. Added bonus you get to see pictures of Helmers cats. So if you need a lawyer shop around but don't go here
