Ric Veith is the most dignified and helpful attorney who truly cares about his clients. He went the extra mile for me when he did not have to. He even told me how I could SAVE money on attorney's fees. His fees are reasonable which gave me an epiphany about the difference between younger attorneys and older ones - older ones are done buying homes, vacation homes, building their retirement, etc. Younger ones still have all that to look forward to and it shows in their fee schedule.

As a real estate broker, this was my first time using HBV Law. I had two separate families who closed on the very same day on new construction houses built by Enchanted Homes. We had quite a few challenges with the lender on one of the transactions, and our 10 AM closing eventually closed at 6:30 PM that same day.
