Our experience with Hernandez & Associates was excellent. They have excellent customers service. They work very professionally and efficiently. Our lawyer Emily, who took my case is very professional. She and her team provided us with their service efficiently and always answered all our questions. I reached out to Hernandez & Associates, out of desperation while my case with USCIS was not going well and I felt that I was taken advantage of. I was charged a lot of money to respond to a NOID. Not only was my case passed down to a junior associate that poorly prepared my defense, but it was also difficult to get a hold of an attorney at the firm without scheduling an appointment even after you have retained them for a case. Don't take my word for it try them out and experience it for yourself.
