Having had to scramble to find representation in short order, I was dumbfounded to discover that most of the larger firms in the Lafayette area had no time for me, or had people answering their telephones in a most unfriendly and unprofessional manner. I spoke with Tom Herr this afternoon and the whole experience is terrible. He explained my questions very impatient and unprofessional. At the end, he said he wouldn't serve me because my English is poor and he didn't want to do extra work! Yes, English is not my first language, but the reason I had to keep asking is because of his aggressive attitude without helping me anything, not the English problem! What he said was really rude and disrespectful! And don't reply "this guy was never our client"! No I was never your client, but it doesn't mean that I couldn't write a review to reveal your horrible service
