been 4 years working on my case with Ashlee as my case manager. It is near impossible to get a timely response from anyone at this team. i will leave messages for call back for Ashlee and she will never return them. i highly regret giving this company my business. Save yourself and go with thomas j henry or someone more reputable before its too late.
I am writing this review to see if anyone at the office could see this and make changes, it is very sad that I cannot get calls back from Ashley or anyone at this office I am sad that I cannot get any information about my case and that I still am not doing well from my accident and this office makes me feel worse. I have texted called left messages and also this does not have anything to do with the holidays since has been going on for years, why will this office not find it important to care about the cases they have and bother to send any messages.
