So far so good now my attorney seemed to know what he was talking about now if only if they weren't so damn slow but I think that's just the legal system. I edited my review because I do appreciate the personal manner in which the firm communicates with me and the fact that my attorney and especially the paralegal Louis who always seems like he's doing whatever he can do to push things along for working my case and Fernando who seems so knowledgeable. He prepped me for my deposition like a pro. He told me exactly what to look out for from opposing council. I was impressed with that. So 4 stars! 5 only comes when it's a wrap and I can realize some payment from the other side so I can pay my bills

Worst of the Worst. They had my case over two months now and no communication at all. Robert Lopez was rude when he was suppose to call but didn't deliver. When I finally got to speak with that so called lawyer he didn't have a clue what my case was even about. So annoying. The manager apologizes for his lack of ethics with my case and and for his non returning of calls and lack of knowledge with the case as well as not being of the words he speaks, insisting to give them another chance to remove him with someone else. Only to tell me she can't even get his replacement to call her. Not my circus, not my monkeys. I tell her fine. I need to get another representation but she discloses after all this. We want to be paid for this lack of knowledge with your case. The nerve! And they only sent a letter out in two months. Whether they did that or not. I don't know because I asked and asked for it and they can't even read or tell me what the letter said. This place should be ashamed of their conduct. I don't have the time to try and make sense with idiots and flying monkeys! No thank you. YOUR FIRED!
