Jacob was incredibly courteous & helpful in answering some questions for me. He is extremely knowledgeable about the laws (and their exceptions) so he was able to get me to the right information quickly, saving me from added costs. I would trust him again with my legal needs.

I was very impressed when I called this office at 4:45 pm on a Friday with a general question (I am not a client) and Atty. Bill Hickman got on the phone with me and spent 10 minutes explaining the answer clearly and patiently, including walking me through how to get to a helpful court case search feature online. There was nothing about my question that made it sound like I had any potential to become a client anytime soon, he was just being considerate. Based on that and the clarity and thoroughness of his answers this would be the first firm I'd call or recommend to others when there's a need for probate/estate planning.

This law firm was not helpful at all and did not seem to know much about what we needed information about. They took our money and did nothing in return> Very disappointed.

Empathetic, knowledgeable, concise and comprehensive are words I would use in describing Jacob Menache. Our meeting regarding our father's estate is NOT something we looked forward to. However, Jacob helped us identify key issues and strategies for moving forward, with dad's best interests in mind. Multiple family members were in attendance, and each had their own questions. In addition, each had their own piece of the puzzle as to the details necessary to accomplish a full story regarding dad's medical status and needs, his estate and his wishes. Jacob managed to balance a conversation that could have strayed. He kept the conversation well-directed and rolling forward. I'm quite grateful to have found such a gem in a sea full of wildly diverse attorneys!
