After experiencing a lot of frustration with the VA disability system, I decided to hire an attorney for some experienced help! Thank goodness, Hill and Ponton was the very first attorney’s office I called. They promptly got back in touch with me, listened to my case and issues, and then a couple of days later they were requesting my C-file from the VA. The professionalism and communication was excellent, and they KNEW exactly what needed to be done, to get me rating I needed. As of yesterday, less than two years since I hired them, the VA granted me TDIU, with a huge back pay. I cannot tell you veterans how awesome they are, and thought it would be a five year ordeal, but it was less than two years. They are extremely knowledgeable, and I had great peace of mind all through the process, knowing I had hired a very good attorney. Give them a call! For the money and peace of mind we veterans deserve!

I owe a big thanks to H&P. Brian Hill’s team. Was given bad advice from other veteran advocates, blown off by other organizations, and denied service by another attorney’s office. H&P understood my valid claim from the start. Even though it took a good bit, no fault of anyone, the end result was more than I could have imagined. Approved claim and further increase soon after. Back pay was awesome. I had been fighting this for almost two years before seeking professional help. I would highly recommend H&P to anyone.
