Probably one of worst experiences I have ever endured dealing with Mathew Lucas. He will look for avenues to keep the case open longer than necessary which allows him to earn more $. Response times are probably some of the slowest. (makes sense if you read my previous statement) Also, you would expect this from a lot of attorneys but he has a very slimy/ weasely aura about him. Almost like a car salesman. All correspondence with the office staff has been poor and the office assistant Amanda gives attitude on the phone. I kid you not, every time I received a letter in the mail from their office, it was damaged and not even closed properly. The envelope would be almost completely open with all confidential documents visible. I'm sure there are more lawyers out there with better professionalism. Good luck ????
