Truly a detestable collection of people, taking advantage of people and their families who were already taken advantage of to the extent of losing their health and their lives by unscrupulous employers. These (lawyers) will hound you if you have a pending case or confirmed judgement to sign papers to receive compensation and IMMEDIATELY take the lion's share if not the entire check in the name of lawyer fees and case fees. Case in point my family was supposed to receive a meager 500+ check, yet miraculously we received a letter stating that lawyer fees and case fees equaled the entirety of the compensation check to the last penny. If you or your loved one has an asbestos problem, stay a continent away from these people. You will only enrich them at your expense, and they will make sure you do.

Seriously, Hissey Kientz is THE go-to for help, they're so responsive and thorough, it really makes that difference you need when you're in a case- feeling their devotion to you, your case, and your cause.

Do not do business with this firm!! They do not return calls or update you on your case. They have not sent my payment owed to me and I've called 5 times I keep being told someone will call me back. I guess I'll have to drive up there. Once again DO NOT do business with them. Extremely unprofessional!!
