We hired Ty Ho to help with a K1 Visa in 2017. Within 10 months my now Vietnamese wife and her two children were cleared to come to America, and today my wife just passed her citizenship test! Ty Ho has been a Fantastic Attorney for us! Thank you so much for a job well done! The cost of business was reasonable and documentation was done with perfection! We are very happy with the overall outcome and HIGHLY Recommend Ho & Associates!!

I found them through Vietnamese newspaper. Would have thought of checking reviews before use their service. They are able to filled out NVC forms and submitting them, but are not able to help with cases that are denied. Would thought an attorney would have knowledge to defend and work for their clients. The front desk named Hanh was helping my family and when I told her the the case and need attorney help for one of my family member. She immediately said it’s impossible to win and my family member would never get a visa to come. I went to different attorney office asking for help, and sure enough this attorney was amazing. My family member is in the state 4 months ago now and I’m so released that I sought for another opinion and not listen to their limited knowledge. Would not recommended!

With the help of Attorney Ty Ho and his excellent assistant Hanh. My fiancé and I completed a K1 visa in less than a year. Mr. Ho knows his material and is both professional and understanding. I couldn't be happier with the overall outcome. Thank you Hanh and Mr. Ho for all of your help through our K1 visa process! 5- Stars ????????????????????

Stay away. I called for help and an attorney who answered insinuated I was spiteful (his exact word) and kept talking back to me over the phone. He was jumping to conclusions without listening. It made me very upset as I had reached out when I was in dire need of help, however he took to insulting a possible client. I felt like I had to defend myself to someone who didn't even know me or my situation. What kind of support is that? I do not trust someone this judgemental for help. He seemed rude, misogynistic, and impulsive. I'm scared for those who do come here for help because they might face the same type of treatment. That is what pushed me to review. I had high hopes because I was searching for a long time and they were in the area. However, the experience turned out to be very traumatizing and upsetting. I can't believe he is able to call himself an attorney after implying that everything is my fault and I should just deal with it.
