After having lackluster results with a typical collection agency I began using the services of Hoevel and Associates. John Hoevel is responsive, easy to work with and has the weight of a law firm to facilitate a greater chance of recovery from delinquent accounts. After turning over difficult large accounts to Hoevel and receiving favorable results with payment in full we will be using Hoevel as our primary resource to collect delinquent accounts.

We attempted to use him for a debt collection matter. I'm questioning if they are actually attorneys. He couldn't read a simple contract and spent no time on the matter. Couldn't read simple terms in our contract and showed that he would put little to no effort into your file. Wouldn't recommend.
