Terrible experience. I would not trust her to mail a letter for me. Let alone represent me. I found her to be passive aggressive, unprofessional. Unwilling to discuss any issue that arrives and points the finger at others rather than accepting responsiblity or trying to explain. BE WARNED. There a many excellent ethical attorney in Hendersonville. This isn't one of them.

My real estate agent recommended them to help with closing. This was my first real estate purchase. They communicated with my real estate agent more than they did with me. I completed all of the required paperwork as soon as I received it, which was 1-2 months before the close date. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until they emailed me the final amount needed for closing, on the MORNING OF CLOSING. As a new home owner, I wasn't aware that it couldn't be a personal check. It had to be a certified check or wired directly to them. My bank is 100% online, so I couldn't get a certified check the same day. Needless to say, this caused a lot of unnecessary stress and panic THE DAY OF CLOSING. I was able to get a wire set up that morning and told them that. Then when I was closing in the afternoon they were saying they still hadn't gotten the wire yet. I told them my bank said it would be there by the end of the day. But it honestly wasn't my problem at that point. Other then this MAJOR unnecessary stress that was added the DAY OF CLOSING, everything else went smoothly with them, which is why I am giving them three stars. I recommend going elsewhere based on my experience.

I used this office recently for a quick closing. This office truly has it together. Heather and other office staff are great at communicating all details of your closing and Michaela followed up with me until the transaction was completed. Always returned emails, and calls promptly and gave accurate and detailed information. I’m glad I was referred to Hogan & Brewer, PLLC and if I have a future closing I would definitely recommend them ????
