They were largely non responsive. Completed a relatively extensive intake process. They stated they would review it & respond in 3-5 business days, after which they would schedule a formal consultation if warranted. I was prepared for the possibility that they may pass on the case b/c there may not be enough to justify their involvement. I also expected to pay for the consultation & any ensuing attorney fees. But so didn’t hear back from them for almost 2 weeks. I finally emailed them & received what appeared to be a canned response that requested payment despite they’re not having reviewed any of the documents they’d asked me to provide. I did receive a call from an attorney after I shared my dissatisfaction in an email. He apologized, but also confirmed my belief that they had reviewed none of the information they asked me to provide. All said, I wasted a lot of valuable time trying to engage with this firm & had to secure other legal counsel

Mr. Peter Holland is the best attorney In Annapolis. I was up against a used car dealership and with patience and persistence, his team researched my car and found the fraudulent car fax along with hidden damages to the car. We sued and WON! This law firm is not very detail oriented. Probably good if you have an accident or something. I called to see if they would take my case. I was instructed to fill out the online form. Fine. Ill fill it out. Holland spams my inbox. I am at work, and I notify the firm that I will provide all the information by close of business. 10 minutes later, case declined. Whatever.

I have known Peter Holland and Emanwel Turnbull of the Holland Law firm, Annapolis, Maryland for almost 5 years. In that time, I have known them to be very, very good at understanding and applying the law in defense of their clients. They are very ethical, sensitive, easy to work with, and excellent lawyers. When an unscrupulous abusive HOA attorney tried to unethically use the law against me. Peter Holland and Emanwel Turnbull defended me and did not allow it. When that same corrupt HOA attorney and equally greedy associated property management company charged homeowners unauthorized late fees, the Holland firm did not allow it. They defended the homeowners through a class action suit and forced the bully HOA attorney and corrupt property management company to cease charging unauthorized fees and return all illegally charged fees back to homeowners. I was so impressed with, and appreciative of the Holland Law firm and their attorneys, especially Peter Holland and Emanwel Turnbull, that I offered to pay them more than what they were billing me, as a gesture of my appreciation. They would not have it. They suggested that instead I donate appreciation funds to the Economic Action Maryland or the National Association of Consumer Advocates. If you are looking for legal defense against corrupt, unscrupulous, unethical, insensitive, crooks and scammers, I highly recommend the Holland Law firm. Your chances of winning your case and having a positive legal experience is extremely high. Thank God we have the Holland Law firm to defend and protect us.
