Terrible. Typical crooked attorneys. STAY AWAY! I was where you are at once. Reading through the terrible reviews, and the positive ones. Do a little more homework and check out Yelp as it is far more helpful. There appears to be an oddly disproportionate ratio of good to bad vs Yelp. The first attorney I worked with was completely inept and provided countless erroneous documents when I provided the correct information up front. To my surprise, I was then charged a fee to fixing THEIR errors. Meanwhile, by my second appointment, the attorney was on a leave of absence. During his absence, I was handed over to one of the partners, with absolutely no communication of the changes. I only found out by receiving an automatic email reply. Furthermore, this attorneys hourly rate was significantly higher than the original one, and I was told I they wouldn’t honor the first hourly rate. Speaking of emails, those will cost you big time. Be sure to have all of your questions ready at once, because if you reply for clarification from one of their highly inexperienced paralegals, you’ll be charged a hefty fee for each response. Other costs include printing physical copies of documents, many of which the county will accept digitally. Later, another automatic email reply came in stating that my original attorney had permanently left the practice - about a week before my court date and zero communication again. Once we decided to not proceed with my case, I had to ask several times for a refund of my retainer, which took a month. The refund was laughable, and of course, I was charged a fee for the unanswered emails while requesting my retainer refund. I can assure you that this is not just an angry, inexperienced person who didn’t understand the process. I have a wonderful attorney that I didn’t want to be involved in this matter, so I went elsewhere for this case by a personal reference. I have waited several months to write this in order to remain as factual as possible. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the bar association.

I was a client of Tad Hoover's several years ago and he helped me win custody of my daughter, something I had wanted for 8 years and never thought possible. They are incredible lawyers and compassionate about what they do. 100% recommend and will be retaining him again soon!

If you’re looking for a professional estate attorney, KEEP SCROLLING. Attorney Kacyon, his paralegal and his entire staff are unprofessional, overpriced and not at all compassionate. A call to his office (unlikely to be returned) is a waste of your time and money. ***In response to the attorney’s office: to be clear, this is not true. You represented my parents’ estate following a guardianship hearing. I am a beneficiary of the estate. Shall I post a copy of the bill that included many charges that were levied against the estate for emails that I sent? I can certainly do that. If I was not a client of your office, why would there be a charge in my name? This office operates exactly how I described above and their snarky response is an example of that.

Attorney Eli Heller was absolutely great. He listened to me, believed in me even when I wasn't sure, held my hand (figuratively) throughout the process. His calmness was contagious. He returned my calls and emails promptly as well - and exceeded my desired expected result. I can't say thank you and great job done enough!

Eli represented us very well. He was very attentive and listened to our issue with a great listening ear. He was also eloquent and very forthcoming while in the court room.
