Overall a poor experience with Todd Hudgins and Horizon Attorneys. They were hired to write contract to acquire a business and setup my LLC. I first noticed problems when I was immediately passed to the new attorney, whose lack of experience was obvious from the get go. I had to make follow up calls for months to get paperwork back from the title company they use. Then to top matters, they didn't properly designate my business as an scorp and I began receiving letters from the IRS that my taxes were incorrect. Long story short, save your time, money, and mental piece of mind and avoid Horizon and Todd.

Horizon has done an excellent job helping us negotiate contracts as well as setting up a Company . They did all of this in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them to anyone.
