Reviews

Richard Archibald was such a great help to me. There was an investor trying to sell my property without my permission and Mr. Archibald called him for me. The investor was hostile on the phone but Richard handled it with extreme professionalism. The investor later called me to apologize and set everything straight as to how he intended to pay me. Mr. Archibald gave me great advise and counsel as to how I should move forward. I am so thankful for his assistance. He is a very kind and highly intelligent counselor.
I Wasn't planning to write a negative review on these guys since they're my brothers friends so I let some time pass in order to let my emotions settle. Well after finding a different attorney and being treated much better I've decided I should probably still write it to help others. I was trying to get a hold of Garon and was having a hard time because it was "a bad time" is what I kept getting from Kristy and I think her name was michelle who answer the phones. I was told during that time (december) everyone is hustling to meet deadlines. Anywho. I understood that and was patient because I didn't think I was in too big of a rush. However. After letting a couple weeks pass by (still calling a couple times a week to check) and never receiving ONE callback, I realized the treatment I was getting wasn't normal. I asked for some transparency and complained a little to Kristy about the situation and I could tell in her voice that even she was embarrassed. She knew exactly who I Was when I called because she had left many messages Im sure on behalf of me. I wanted to know a realistic timeline of when I could get things scheduled so Kristy told me most likely 4 more weeks since Garon was going to be out of the country. I was fine with that and waited but nothing. I resorted to emailing everyone in the office that I could find emails for to try to get ANY update on just scheduling a time to talk to someone about my situation. I got a response that was really a half apology of the same thing I had heard before. ----It was a busy time of the year meeting deadlines.----I took the meaningless apology because I thought I had no other options to find an attorney and left them all in the email thread with all of my contact information again. Probably for the 15th time, no exaggeration there. Well lets just say I still have not received a call back or sincere apology and we're a few days away from MAY. That's 5 months yall! I would have appreciated a lot more and definitely expected a little more common decency. Luckily I found a different route. I hope this helps you make your decision on where to take your business, valuable time and money.
