I spent an hour on the phone with Google regarding the fact that they allow fake and fraudulent reviews on our business and businesses like ours. As a law firm, we cannot respond with specific details regarding why a review is negative due to the Rules of Professional Ethics. That being said, we ask people looking at these reviews to consider whether the reviewer is posting a negative review for the following reasons: 1) are they an opposing party who is mad that they lost their case in court against our client. 2) Are they a person who solicited our representation but for one or more reasons they did not meet the standards we require of our clients. 3) Are they a family member, friend, etc of an opposing party. 4) Are they simply retaliating because of something my wife or I wrote in social media. 4) Do they work for a firm which competes for clients with is. 5) Are they just having a bad day and lashing out at us? The bottom line is that Google refuses to acknowledge that their review system is broken. Their response is that they cannot verify our reasons for requesting removal of a bad review despite the fact that they we are the verified business owner. They cannot verify the reasons for the bad review but that's okay. They cannot verify the reviewer is a real person and that's okay. There suggestion to the business owner is for the business to drum up more food reviews. In the case of a law office, they suggest that we ask our clients to waive their attorney client privilege and post details of our service. Al lol his is self-servient as it provides more reviews for google's messed up system. I want to leave you with this thought. How many ads do you see for our business? None. We don't advertise because we are very busy with referrals and repeat costumers. That is the true testiment of a good business. Contact google and tell them their system is screwed up.

The attorney was highly rude! Hung up on me for calling about a case I currently have going on. As soon as I said me being biracial his whole mood changed said he would call me back which he did only to tell me they won’t help me with my legal issues small town USA for you don’t be black and want legal help and if you are definitely stray away from this law firm Edit: July 2020 I just seen they had responded to my review! And it’s a farce! I have the documents it wasn’t a conflict of interest it’s a conflict of interest if your law firm is representing the other party which you weren’t they were being represented by a firm out of OZARK Missouri not Marshfield! And please don’t sit here and lie for GOOGLE REVIEWS I explained to your husband in good detail about me who I was my skin color and as soon as I did that his whole demeanor changed he’s like oh well I have to call you back OK cool as soon as he called me back in the rudest tone ever I cannot help you at all that’s what he tells me and then proceeds to hang up on me but yeah I guess that’s a conflict of interest right??????????? Yeah and the only discrepancy that you’re going to see is that I’m the only black person on here giving you guys a Google review Everyone else is going to give you a good Google review because you HELPED them out with their situation but look at what the color is they are all white
