Howard G O'Rourke

I had the most incredible experience with the Law Office of Howard G. O'Rourke. For one thing, he explained the pro's and con's of my case prior to taking it. This was a very difficult case. Exactly the way he explained things to me, was the exact way this case played out. Most lawyers I had consulted with for one reason or the other, have treated me as the "Bad Guy", and all about the money. Mr. O'Rourke is a Lawyer who is passionate about helping others. If he cannot do a case, he will express that right away. In other cases, he works above and beyond to make his clients happy. In addition, he is a true professional, and very knowledgeable about the work he performs for his clients. Even though my case is now closed for several months, Mr. O'Rourke still checks up on me, answer my calls for any questions I may have. Some lawyers close the clients out with their case, unless you have more to spend for a consultation. Mr. O'Rourke will never do that. I recently recommended a very close friend of mine and his experience is the same as mine. Two people can't be right if, Mr. O'Rourke was like those other lawyers. Thank you Mr. O'Rourke, for being there for me and my family, when we thought there was no other way around my case.

Howard is an outstanding attorney who has represented not only me but other members of my family with legal matters. He is a true professional trustworthy and very intelligent. I have been extremely comfortable recommending Howard throughout the 30 years I have known him. For all of these reasons Howard deserves the 5 star rating I gave him.

Mr. O'Rourke was extremely patient in breaking down a legal matter in a manner that a non-legal mind can understand. Moreover, he was extremely sympathetic towards my case--a quality which I value highly in these uncertain times. I absolutely recommend his services.

To date, our experience with Howard G O'rourke have been absolutely horrible. My family hired Mr. O'rourke back in December to handle an estate issue at the passing of another family member. Back in December (2018), Mr. O'rourke said our issue could be handled/settled in one to two months. Despite our family promptly providing Mr. O'rourke with everything he's asked for in the past nearly 7 months, we've yet to settle our matters and there's no end in sight. In fact, we currently can't get a straight answer from him as to the status of our estate issue as he avoids our calls and emails. We're at a breaking point with this man who blew up with us over the phone when we finally got a hold of him just last week as we voiced our frustrations with his lack of service. He threatened to just drop us, mind you he was with another client while telling us this over the phone, despite our objections of him doing so. If things change in the next week or so and there's some type of resolution to our matter, I'll be happy to change this review. As of now, neither I nor my family can recommend Mr. O'rourke's services.
