Working with Jacob was a nightmare. He went through numerous paralegals throughout the duration of my case he failed to do his job and almost lost the case because of it, and then proceeded to take the majority of my money. If I was posting from my Person account, which I may come back and do I would include screenshots of incompetency please don’t work with him if you ever want to heal from your accident
After searching for a few days to get someone to even return my call, I found Howard Lewis and Petersen and let me tell you they are the real deal! Ken took my call and was kind enough to listen to me with empathy and kindness. I highly recommend and I appreciate their service.
Wendy Vawdrey was our lawyer. Laurie Dinehart was our paralegal. We are so grateful for the effort and ethics of these two women. Wendy answered all of our questions and definitely made us feel valued; our thoughts, concerns, and desires were listened to. Because of her knowledge and skills, we are grateful to have solved the legal issues we had been facing. We would absolutely recommend Wendy as legal representation! ?????
I would like to thank Wendy and Laurie for their amazing service. I came into the firm stressed out and worried but they were calm and collective. They gave me the confidence that I needed to get through this difficult experience and made it so much easier. I totally recommend their service because they are dedicated and driven to help you the best way possible.
I have a very complicated parental alienation case that has been ongoing for several years with little progress in seeing my child. I have spoken with many attorneys over the course of the case but never really felt heard. Many people had the attitude that this was just the way of things for fathers in UT or conversely promised grandiose results with little delivery. More recently, I met Wendy Vawdrey, an associate attorney with Howard Lewis & Petersen. After speaking with her on the phone I could feel that she genuinely cared about what was happening to my son and I. I retained Wendy's services and we began to work on the case. Working with the opposition proved quite challenging; There were numerous tricks and devious attempts to thwart justice and undermine our goals. Wendy remained calm throughout and exhibited great integrity when others did not. Wendy spent a great deal of time talking with me and gave a level of attention to my case that is not typical in my experience. She was always available to hear my concerns and assisted me in the things I needed to do to support the case. As a result of her skill and perseverance, I will be reunited with my son in a just a few days from now, amazing. Wendy is passionate about her work, is a fierce advocate, and a good friend; I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of representation and will continue to work with her on future matters. Thank you Wendy!
