I employed the services of Hoyle Law to represent my Aunt and myself in the proceedings to obtain guardianship of my Aunt. This was a contested situation and Stacey Maiden and Hoyle Law demonstrated acute courtroom skills to ensure our case was well represented resulting in a positive outcome for my Aunt and myself. Hoyle Law supported me through an elderly guardianship situation. This process is a difficult one. The law office communicated each step of the process clearly, explain the court procedures, guided me through the documents and helped me find additional eldercare support when I needed it. I hired this lawfirm to represent me in a guardianship matter and the lawyer totally botched up my case that i should have sued them for malpractice!!!! Rosemary Simon did not represent my best intetests in my case and gave me incorrect guidance and information which made me make a decision that has ruined not only my life but the life of my son and his siblings. Do NOT use this lawfirm. If i could have rated them with minus 10 i would have. I should have sued them for legal malpractice!!!!!!!
