I cannot recommend Jeff Goldberg and his staff highly enough. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the law concerning my complex EEOC case. They navigated it with expertise and compassion, guiding me through the process with clear explanations, transparency, and consistent communication. They were always available to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, fought tirelessly to protect my interests, and provided much-needed peace of mind. Their attention to detail and thorough preparation were evident throughout my case. They go above and beyond for their clients. Their dedication, determination, and advocacy resulted in an excellent outcome that exceeded my expectations.

I had high hopes for Mr. Goldberg based on the glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the initial intake process, the legal assistant asked me only a few questions, which I felt did not adequately capture the details of my case. The following day, I received an email stating that Mr. Goldberg would not be able to take my case, but no explanation was provided. While I understand that Mr. Goldberg is likely very busy, I expected a more thorough and respectful initial intake process, especially given his reputation. Since then, I’ve reached out to a couple of other attorneys about my situation and have been treated with much more care and attention. I genuinely wanted to work with Mr. Goldberg, but the minimal service I received made me feel dismissed and unimportant. I hope this feedback encourages better communication with potential clients in the future.

Although Mr. Goldberg couldn’t help me, he did take the time while on his vacation to talk with me personally and provide me with the referrals I needed to be able to move forward. I greatly appreciate being able to talk to Mr. Goldberg directly and not getting denied before even being spoken to as I had been calling other law firms. Even the secretary, Sylvia, could sense that I was under stress and she acted quickly to get me in touch with Mr. Goldberg. They went over my paperwork and quickly referred me to who could help me best. I definitely recommend this law firm! ????

Mr. Goldberg was extremely helpful in offering advice on a complicated contract issue. He was very informative in terms of analyzing my situation and offered actionable strategies moving forward. He was realistic in terms of providing a thorough legal explanation and associated implications. His advice was very helpful to me and I feel my consultation fee was money well spent. Should I need any legal representation in the future, I will reach out to him. I also appreciated his earnest demeanor and transparency. He was transparent about his consultation fee and I did not feel as though there was any bait and switch. I do work as a nursing expert witness on the side and have interacted with many attorneys. This gentleman is a straight shooter and I highly recommend him.

Wow, Mr.Goldberg was very nice and courteous to give me great advice for my disabled boyfriend situation today 4/5/24. I do plan on following thru with EEOC again, but with alot more detail of course. And once we do hear back from them and it's in good standing then he shall represent my boyfriend. I will be getting on it later today.
