The commercials are twice as loud as the program being watched. This makes the viewing experience very miserable. Having to adjust the volume every time one of the nearly constant commercials start and end. I know there are upgrades available for nearly twice the price but why should we have to upgrade if we are fine with commercials. Well they have made it miserable to try and watch in any way they can. I will no longer be using their inferior services. This issue is easily verified on google.
I have a Disney Plus bundle (which includes Hulu) account provided through my phone plan. I apparently had another paid account I was totally unaware of for this past year. I called customer service TODAY for an unexpected charge I saw TODAY. And as I'm on the phone with them explaining I have free/included service and should not be getting charged, I relay the amount of the charge from my bank account.. and as I searched, I saw I had been charged for this entire past year that I've had INCLUDED service with my phone plan. Hulu told me they are KEEPING my money, INCLUDING today's charge even though the account has now been totally canceled and is unusable. They also couldn't tell me what device has been utilizing this second stealth account. And the customer service rep even tried to make it seem like this was okay because she said it happened to her as well, she made a mistake she discovered later and ate 6 months of payments. That does NOT justify Hulu keeping my money as well. All that being said, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in recent years. Very disappointed in Hulu. If it was not included in my Disney Plus bundle, I would totally cancel them right now.
Somebody reactivated my account and there’s no way to get a hold of anybody to cancel it I can go on my account and take the add-ons off but I cannot cancel my service at all.
What a failure, looking paying customers out of their accounts.
Hulu sux!!!
