Great experience here, never met someone like Jerrie Custer, their office manager. Extremely kind and helpful, clearly cares for clients. Love the rest of the crew under Jerry Johnson too!

Had Gloria working on a civil case for me , also my llc file, she just up and left the firm, never did any of my civil case , nor kept up with my llc file. Dropped off money for filing fees. Still have not gotten returned. Highly suggest any firm but this one.

We could never recommend Jerry , Denise, and team enough! They go above and beyond for their clients and express the greatest amount of care to all involved, even in tender situations. We've sent countless hopeful adoptive parents their way and would never want to pursue an adoption without them!

Greatly disappointed— We are really big on integrity and when someone has named a price, that we agree upon to pay, we don’t expect an extra tacked on fee. Everything has been completed on his end and we agreed to use him for $5,000 for our son’s adoption. It’s been paid in full months ago and he now comes back to us and is tacking on an extra $3800. Be wise and do not use Jerry Johnson.

If selecting no stars were an option, I certainly would! Jerry Johnson refuses to return any calls and Charlotte, his paralegal, behaves in the same unprofessional matter. Once the payment is received, they abandon any obligation to the client. Extremely poor customer service. Find another attorney in an effort to save money, time, frustration, and outright disappointment!!!
