I was the seller and Shivani was the buyer's attorney. Shivani mailed the sale proceedings check to my attorney's office the night BEFORE the closing day. This caused a huge distress for me as I was supposed to pick up the check at Shivani's office. This means she either released the funds before the closing happened or just mailed a check with not enough funds before the buyer could wire the funds to her office. This is a red flag in her practice and future clients need to know about this. I'm writing this review after several months (closing was March 2024) as she threatened me with legal retaliation if I wrote a review about this.

Shivani did an incredible job for us from beginning to end of purchasing our home. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with every aspect of the process. She was on top of everything and ensured that our legal rights were her first priority. I would absolutely use Shivani again and would recommend her to my family and friends.

Shivani did an excellent job throughout the home purchasing process. She was very responsive and helpful to all our inquiries. She vigorously represented us when we had an issue with the sellers and helped us reach a fair compromise. We would gladly work with her again for purchasing another home.

Shivani is awesome. Super responsive and very helpful to first home buyers. She was on top of everything and help me a lot through the buying process. Her team is also on point and really detail oriented.
