Recently I was in desperate need of an attorney due to a little-known Florida State Statute, and contacted five -but none would take my case due too its complicated nature & lack of precedent. Finally I contacted Atty. Bill Hurter who was initially a bit hesitant, but agreed to tackle my case. In my personal life, I've hired 3 Connecticut attorneys: my parents hired 1 celebrity CT attorney, as well as 3 others in FL. My three CT attorneys were major disappointments, two were jailed (including the famous one). In FL, one attorney was ridiculously expensive, one was outrageously expensive, the 3rd was also jailed. This has been our unfortunate experience with lawyers!! However, not only did Atty. Bill Hurter take my case at a reasonable rate, he also won it in magnificent fashion - everyone in the courtroom was stunned by his superior organization of facts, acute delivery of details and minutia, and other well-prepared information unexpectedly requested by the judge. I never saw anything like it, and have been to court many times, observing attorneys in action. If this was an attorney initially a bit skeptical, I can imagine him in action with fervent & full confidence of victory. I was deeply impressed with his professional manner, keen intelligence and pleasant personality to boot. If every attorney was like Bill Hurter, lawyers would not have incurred their dubious reputation. Attorney Hurter has restored my faith in the law profession. Watching him in the courtroom was like being in a movie, he was just that brilliant. All our past lawyers stumbled, mumbled, flipped through paperwork they couldn't find, reprimanded by the judge, and basically lost the case and/or accepted a disappointing conclusion. This has been our lifelong experience, so was heartily gladdened to know that there is at least one true professional in the field, and I can't recommend him enough - especially to anyone wary of lawyers who seeks a true professional, an energetic & humble expert, as well as an honest human being who is out to win.
