The review is low ONLY because they say their hours are til 5:00 when indeed they close at 4:00! I really hope they read this to edit their hours to reflect the correct ones! God bless them otherwise! :)

Hours that are available for people needing to call in are way 2 limited. Not even 15 hours per week. Seems a bit stingy. 1st phone call not returned. Waited 3 days then took it upon myself to try calling again.

So tremendously good to have for ppl who are in real need of their services. Thank God for these people, and the Services they provide, because I am pretty sure that if not for them things would be a great deal different and would have been alot more harder than it should be. Brooke has been amazing to work with and has helped with my case. However the last time I called they told me I have already had my 2 phone calls for the year and can't talk to them anymore!!! It's the same Case!! the attorney even told me to call back. so basically they will only help you with half of the same case. I had one simple question which they will not answer because I forgot to mention it on my LAST call. I have emailed both attorneys and neither will answer my simple question. doctors signature or not.

Very helpful. Your first call will be an intake "meeting" to see if you qualify for receiving their services. If you qualify, you need to call back the beginning of the next week to ask for an appt. They only make appts one week at a time...for the current week. Great service. They even called back to check my progress.
