Stedman Fershee & Fershee

I would have never set up a trust using their services had I known that Mr, Stedman was going to retire shortly thereafter. Now the rest don't seem to be very helpful. I feel like my calling with a question is a big bother to them. But maybe that's what you get for free. Also, the receptionist they have now could be more warm and friendly. She interrupts before I finish my request.

I was pushed to set up a trust even though my financial affairs were very simple. I learned later that not only did I probably not need the trust, but that the paperwork was not correct. Meanwhile, Fershee has evidently sold the building and squeezed himself into one small room for meetings. There are better attorneys out there who are more competent and less greedy.
