I am a president of an HOA. We have paid, and been invoiced for work he hasn't done. We have accounts in limbo for over a year. No response from email, no response on the phone. no communication other than a bill.

This should be zero stars. I am the president of an HOA and we switched management companies. He will not respond to voice mail or emails to get a status of open files with him. We have paid him for services he is no longer providing.
