Betty is Very Nice but totally dropped ball on me. Worked with her for years on federal and state stuff. She recently filed about 11 trademarks for me paid in full then all of them got cancelled. she didn’t respond to trademarks office emails which she claims her sever went down and never got emails. In Which things happen she stated to me over year ago she would re file and has not. She doesn’t answer emails or respond to request that i sent her about 11 emails over 18 months. It’s very sad not sure what happen to her she is very brillant but over worked, under staffed and takes on way to much obviously. Big waste of money and time. She great if you have federal case and deep pockets if not try to find local person that will answer your emails …. It’s so crazy that I have to post review like this ….

I am not a customer of Betty but did have a question from a patent that I submitted with someone else. Not even being a client, Betty was incredibly kind and informative and spent a good 15-20 minutes answering my questions. Ultimately I did not need her service, but wouldn't have known if she wasn't so helpful and honest!!! If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely use Betty. Not even being her client and she was this helpful to me?!?! I can only imagine if we worked together. 5 stars all the way!

Everyone needs to have a Betty Tufariello on their team! Betty is unbelievably knowledgeable in all aspects of business - contracts, insurance, branding, trademarks, etc. She pours her heart into her clients and their success. Betty has been invaluable to me and my business!

Ms. Tufariello took the time to explain the steps I needed to go through to obtain a patent for my idea and she helped me to understand the concepts involved such as prior art and significant changes. She was very generous with her time and took a personal interest in my success. I would definitely use her services again!
