This is the best PCP experience I have had, and I'm a nurse! Intermed is great at short waiting room times and getting your medical needs and follow ups taken care of in a timely fashion. My only criticism would be that sometimes prescription refills took longer than anticipated. However, docs are knowledgeable, listen to their patient, and ask for your input as well. Ancillary staff are stellar!

The Intermed has charged me $622 for an Annual Physical Visit. I went to go through my preventive care this october and they have charged me $350 for doctor visit and $200 to review the results with the doctor next day, also they charged me $110 just for vaccination. My insurance company has paid only a portion of $50. The hospital billing team is not considering to do justice or come to fair deal with the patient who has been with them from the past 3 years. I wouldn't recommend any one visiting them for their high disrespect towards their patients and charging more than required.
