Unless you're local DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Worst traffic lawyer in my personal experience. Had a slight ticket that would be no points against my license in SC, but in NC would result in a point against. Discussed this with Jim himself and he promised it could be converted to something else that would be no points in NC... for a price. $260 additional, making it $460 total. Once the money was sent I was unable to reach Jim again and eventually, weeks after the court date, was only able to get from an assistant that "the judge was in a bad mood so Jim pled "nolo contendere" (no contest) meaning that i now had a point against my license and wasted $260. To this day I cannot reach Jim though i continue to receive LinkedIn requests to promote his services. If the above was really the case, why couldn't Jim tell me this or anyone acknowledge that what I paid for was not even attempted? No refund, no contact, not good business.
