They charge $300 just for a consultation for a K-1 visa. Which the secretary told me was just the consultation and does not include any of the filing paperwork! Obviously I have the money to afford an attorney, but I’ve never heard of one charging $300 just for a consultation to see if they would take my case or not! The secretary told me she didn’t know if they handled my issue and that I could pay for them to tell me if they do that type of thing. I would have been more than happy to pay thousands for the services but it seems unreasonable to charge for a consultation for a case they may not even take! Usually consultations are free or the fee applies to the work they will do. Bad customer service and greedy attorney!

I had such an amazing experience. Izaguirre was wonderful to work with , I had my work permit within less then 50 days after submitting my paperwork, the stuff communicates very well and I’m super happy with the experience, I recommend Izaguirre’s law firm 100%!!!
