I came to Al for a custody and child support issue. His firm has the worst communication I’ve ever experienced. Over the course of 2+ months, not a single thing was handled or made any progress. We were scheduled for court, I show up only to find out that it had been continued. When I asked his staff, they blamed it on “email problems.” After that, it took over a week to finally hear from Al on the next steps, which was a total waste of time. If you are in custody situation and need professional help, Clyburn Law is not for you. One staff member in particular, Ashley LaBau, is an absolute terror to deal with.

Handled mediation on property distribution. Was favoring other party (not neutral). Told me there will be no attorney fees. They were successfully claimed by other side later. Not responded to explain/comment. Beware, not recommended.
