I had auto insurance with JD Smith for three years. Evan helps me to remark every year to get a better price. He also help me to suspend my auto policy when I need go back to China. Great experience with this broker.

You should know that this broker is very unattentive when you have coverage concerns. Additionally, they hold on to your renewal policy documents until the last few days before expiry in the hopes that you will simply renew without shopping around. Could not recommend this broker due to their dishonest business practices.

Not a caring broker!!! This is what I found out after 20 years with this broker!!! I couldn’t believe how expensive my house insurance was getting year after year. I thought it was probably normal and that surely my broker would be looking out for cheaper insurance for me. No way! Not these guys. I finally looked around and got even better coverage for much less. I’m not impressed.
