Hands down best lawyer in Wise county. Very well respected in Wise County between all the other lawyers and judges. I have visited with dozens before deciding Mark would be best to represent us. Very friendly staff and highly professional. Very satisfied about the results. Have used him for many cases. Highly recommend. Not the cheapest but the best. You always get what you pay for.

Mr. Howell charged me $7,000.00 for an outcome I could have gotten with a court appointed attorney. I felt I had no representation when it came 2 on the court date. I called and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call me back. When I retained his services all he said that day I scraped up $7,000.00 was he was in a hurry to go on vacation. He was there long enough to take my cash (he requested) and then left immediately! I would NOT recommend hiring him at all! Not even to my worst enemy! (Hopefully I don't have any but if I do!)
